UnsatisfiedLinkError...Can't find dependent libraries

Please someone solve this problem asap.i have got very badly struck in this 
part! 

I am using javacv 0.1 and opencv 2.4.1 on windows7 32 bit

Not able to run javacv project.I have even extracted ffmpeg into C:/ and even 
updated javacv.jar but nothing is helping! 

I have included the following jars if anythin is missing then please let me know

Please try again with JavaCV 0.5 and OpenCV 2.4.5.

I think you are expert in JavaCV would you please help me with a problem
I have already done segmentation of brain tumour from MRI reports using MATLAB 
and now i want to do the same using JavaCV.
Can you please help me with some links or suggestions?
