`list` queries by usertag are very slow on a large collection #10

I am getting a very slow performance running beet list usertags:my-tag on a large collection. Any idea what is the bottleneck?

UPD: I guess this is related to https://github.com/beetbox/beets/issues/2388.

I had the same issue, which kind of resulted in me no longer really using beets.
