Hi - it seems MSigDB has a new update for 2024 (mouse and human) and one of the big changes/additions is the KEGG MEDICUS collection (original KEGG pathways seem to now be labeled as KEGG LEGACY). This does not seem to be available (yet) in the msigdbr collections, but note it is in GSEAtrainingnoted here.
Is it possible to update to include the new collection?
