Problem using prefix with or without reverse #699

Describe de problem depth:

I'm having a problem using prefix in an input of type currency. When I implement the prefix and do not put "reverse: true", I can not enter values ​​of type "450.00". When I use it with reverse, it overrides my prefix "R $".

Can you help me?
