Image Widget: Larger sizes & Animated gif support #130

Igor,

Would it be possible to add a larger size to the image widget, perhaps 3x3. Also a gif image seems to load ok, but an animated gif does not animate, would it be possible to add this. This would be useful for applications such as security cams that can show a animated historical image, or animated weather radar images. Here's a reference for weather radar, supported animations are swf or gif: https://www.wunderground.com/weather/api/d/docs?d=layers/radar&MR=1

@xstrex Regarding image widget size, it does support all sizes listed here
