Window Blinds widget - Up, Down and Stop buttons #165

The Window Blinds widget should have buttons for Up, Down and Stop, instead of guessing whether you want it to go up or down when acting on the widget.

And even predefined setpoints like: 0% 50% 75% 100% My Rollershutter items accept commands: UP,STOP,DOWN and values 0-100 :)
