New option -s was added for log minimization #226

New option -s was addedd for logs minimization. In case if this option is provided trona will show only critical messages:

In case if user interaction is needed (e.g. promt for degrade script execution)
In case of critical error (e.g. not able to create evolution table) Resolve #204

Please check #227. This PR should be merged only after 227.

I checked #227, yeah. Could I ask you to split this changes to different commit? It's hard to read because you mix formatting and code changes in a single commit.
