Update main.yml #107

It seems that the recent versions are not building the packages and the reason might be the commit pushed not merged by PR. So here I change the trigger condition by tag push.

If there is no package file, then the brew cannot be updated correctly.

Thanks but the CI pipeline only runs tests on a PR, it does not create a build so it will not help with #106
