Statement

As a Developer, I need a Release Plan for the enSync Product to help me decide on the order in which tasks should be executed, and as a basis for creating User Stories.

Acceptance Criteria

A Release Plan document containing plans for three Releases, including the following information:

What the Release Must do (essential)
What the Release Should do (highly desirable)
What the Release Could do (desirable)
What the Release Won't do (out of scope)

This is at a usable stage for the current release, but it's not finished and I want to take some more time to think about the various release features before I close this issue.

Merging back into develop at this point (see PR https://github.com/igorsiem/ensync/pull/10), but keep the branch open.

Completed the basic elements of the Release Plan document, after some modifications to the Road-map. Basically, the first release will not include true synchronisation, but will provide basic data modelling and data transfer capabilities. See PR #24.
