Statement

As a Contributor, I need a build / test framework so that I can build and test enSync code.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Deliverable build artifacts (for now) are an ensync.lib library and a test-ensync executable
[x] Command-line for convenient build and test
[x] Verified on Ubuntu and Windows

igorsiem commented 7 years ago

This is completed (see PR https://github.com/igorsiem/ensync/pull/11), noting that the ensync.lib build target has not been set up yet. It will be a trivial addition under issues #6 and #7.
