thanks for your message, sorry to hear the GUI isn't showing up (though some might argue that with a tracker, there's no need for one!! :p).
Seriously though, I will have a look into why this is. Is this an issue that doesn't occur with other VSTs (the reason I'm asking is that Regrader has been built on top of Steinbergs VST SDK, which should provide proper cross platform support using VSTGUI4).

It hasn't happened with any other VSTs I can think of off the top of my head.

long standing environment specific build issues have been tackled and merged into the master branch (or if you are not building from source version 1.0.4 is available for download)
Can you verify whether this solves your issue for Renoise on Windows 10 (assuming after an embarrassing two year wait you're still interested in using the plugin, ahem) ?
