Plugin sometimes exceeds audio output threshold upon load #1

Sometimes when loading the plugin in a DAW with the sequencer running, the plugin seems to rapidly self oscillate and exceed the output threshold, resulting in the plugin / session to become silent as the DAW prevents audio output.

Resolved in b0141a6aa8d27a81eb3b519e60ca85bde96262c2 by using 64-bit doubles internally. #
