Hi Izzy, here's as promised the PR with some proposed edits, as we discussed.

In brief as a summary:

detailed the import statements with importFrom
switched to roxygen for documenting
shrunk the size of the example dataset with a bzip2 compression - data is left unchanged
T/F -> TRUE/FALSE to fortify behavior
explicitly using higher number of cores in the vignette

Coming up: some ideas on writing the wrapper for the SCE containers!
