How about Flutter web app? #50

It is not clear if flutter web app is supported by the buildpack. If it it is supported, can you please provide steps in README? If it is not, can you say it explicitly in README?

It's not, the buildpack is missing flutter sdk configuration. And most of the flutter projects depend on flutter-sdk which is not bundled with dart-sdk.

Since Flutter is getting some traction would be outstanding to add that.
