Hitch w/ ALPN/NPN and HTTP/2 plaintext support #130

Hitch requires an h2c server such as Varnish 5.0 to handle the ALPN hint it provides and thus support H2 towards the client.

Awesome, thanks @huayra! I've decided to simplify the "h2c via proxy" down to "yes" with a warn label + link to the Hitch docs. Merged and live.

(aside: in the Hitch docs, it may be calling out that varnish is a good candidate h2c proxy :))
