Update LLNW #142

Speaking with LLNW hat on. We support OCSP stapling by customer request, but do not universally enable it because there are risks during HTTP daemon startup and network events with the standard DNS query method. We are working on an alternative distribution method to address this for our customers. We fully support ALPN/HTTP2.

Our delivery product page mentions HTTP2 https://www.limelight.com/orchestrate-platform/. I don't have an OCSP stapling announcement as it is an "AFR" (Advance Feature Request) and is requested through sales at this time.
