CDN77 with the latest TLS 1.3 #172

Hi Ilya,

We've launched the latest TLS 1.3 a few weeks ago. Working on 0-RTT right now, it will be added by the end of October.

I'd also like to introduce our TLS checker made for a quick server or CDN check of its SSL/TLS protocols setup: https://www.cdn77.com/tls-test It's faster than other testing tools as it only goes for the protocol versions.

Hi @igrigorik Just checking https://istlsfastyet.com/ and seems like it is not running latest github code and therefore this merged commit has not actually made it on the public site.

When is usually the public site synced with the github master repo? We just added 0-rtt support as well (pull request should arrive soon) and it would be very nice to see it on the public site.

Doh, thanks for flagging this. The build broke and it wasn't publishing.

Should be fixed with latest version live.
