Adding rel values to the rel registry #8

Hi Ilya,

I've added the proposed rel-values to the brainstorming section of the rel registry on the microformats wiki (which is used by the WHATWG as the canonical list of rel values).

If any of the proposed rel value names change, please be sure to update the registry accordingly.
