videospeed reduces browser's perfomance according to Speedometer #1054

It seems having videospeed enabled would reduce web performance by about 15%-20% according to Speedometer test. That would be significant

with Video Speed Controller Arithmetic Mean:107 ± 15 (14%) without Video Speed Controller Arithmetic Mean:122 ± 11 (9.3%)
