Doesn't work on websites which reset the speed regularly such as "nicovideo.jp" #763

It works during few seconds but the speed gets back afterward. On websites which reset the speed regularly (ex. every 5 seconds), this extension will be useless. Can you please add a new function to this extension so that it'll prevent the webpage from resetting the speed regularly?

did you try the master with "Force last saved speed" enabled? This function was made to keep the speed the same
