Localization Administration Page #4

Create the main administration page, with layout similar to e.g. CSA : Offer Administration

[x] Retrieve all localization entries from BE (see #1)
[x] Show them in a table with the following columns, grouping the entries by LIC
- LIC - just label, non-modifiable
- EN - text field, pre-populated
- BG - text field, pre-populated
- ... other languages, if available
- Active - checkbox (not toggle switch 😉)

This should've closed automatically 🤔

Update: In order to close it automatically, there should be a keyword [closes, fixes, resolves] #xxx in some of the commits or in the body of the pull request (I think the best is this or in the final commit which merges the PR to the dev branch). Also, the merge must be to the default branch for the workflow to work.
