Issue #58 Add mage dmg modificator in PvP #75

Use config parameter MagePvpDmgFactor for that

Fixed typo in partial drop configuration InventoryDropPropapility -> InventoryDropProbability WearDropPropapility -> WearDropProbability

Removed unnecessary console output and other code cleanup.
