turn off random bags which spawns on maps #99

add server flag which spawns random bags with iron equip and scrolls on maps... ideally will be allowing to drop certain items based on TreasureItemMask https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vJtw4gDoYZPWZD5hm08QNpBtbpmO7wv1q2c5rfZQE_M/edit#gid=1084796609 but if it's not possible, simply turning this off will do.

Solved by Kobik: in a2server.exe replace first 3 bytes in: "558BEC6AFF689F5B60" with C2 04 00

the ony thing left is to add it to the code

ideally will be make to add it to server config.. cause on some maps this bags could be fun
