Test task for RN Candidate

Create a simple app with the possibility to load photos and drag component over the photo

[ ] Implement a simple functionality which allows to open Photo / Video and creates a draggable element over it which is customizable
[ ] Create button which opens Gallery with photo

[ ] Load photo and display purple element on it
[ ] Purple element is draggable and can change colours by clicking on the button

Delivery of the result

Deliver the result as a Github repo and instructions to install
