BTW I have 2 CUH-2215B, one is balize, One is Baikal Same model number...wtf Sony.

Try this: put a file named "bootargs.txt" on the FAT32 partition, with this line inside:

drm.edid_firmware=edid/1920x1080.bin

Helped me with this kernel. But it may need sleirsgoevy's Linux payload to work.

Does it display something when it first boots, but won't display a GUI? I fixed this by pressing CTRL+ALT+F2 then CTRL+ALT+F1 right after.
