This PR contains two changes.

Added parsing of linked css files in addition to javascript files when applying the standalone parameter. There for the inline_script function has been modified.
Removal of previously introduced google and ensembl linkouts (PR). It showed that it is more convenient to utilize linkouts in the html-template file. Customizing the template has the advantage that we don't need to worry about skipping licenses or regional limitations of search engines.

Thanks for the PR. I agree moving the linkouts to the template is the best approach.
