Change default display mode #71

Hi,

is it possible to change the default mode for display settings of the alignment track?

I'm not sure which settings you are referring to, but you can use the --track-config option and use any settings available in igv.js. See the readme and https://github.com/igvteam/igv.js/wiki for more information.
