Map names from GEO #24

Hi Jim, Doug,

This is not a bug report but an ask. Currently when streaming from GEO the maps are given the names with special characters like periods and underscores as they are coded in URL. It would be nice if they would get reinterpreted back.

@dudcha Could you give us an example URL?

@turner This would be loading a map from URL, I think the name is parsed from the URL in juicebox-web, widgets, or somewhere in that stack. Could we url decode the given name? I don't recall if urlDecode or urlDecodeComponent is appropriate here, or if it matters, but I think urlDecodeComponent is the right one. This would be generally useful when deriving a name, not just for juicebox.
