Ability to zoom in on a specific cell type. #1

Additionally ability to zoom in on smaller genomic range

@nchernia How do you envision zooming into a cell type? Some kind of search function, analogous to the genomic locus box?

Double clicking or clicking on the y axis (or akin to igv zooming)
