I found a bunch of really small issues with nes-starter-kit guides/etc that could use some fixing up - mostly in the guide or documentation area. This ticket covers them.

Whitespace issues in main.c around the switch statement
Some extra comments available in our fork that could be backported because the logic doesn't make much sense in places
Branch links in the guide aren't consistent at all, and some chapters don't link directly to it in Github. The compare view is awesome, and we should use it!
In the levels chapter, note that after 9 comes A for the tool/makefile, and the case matters
- Might also want to make a quick put-this-in-the-next-time-we-release change of erroring out the tool if the map number isn't valid. Probably want to allow for 0x00 -> 0xFF, and convert case manually

The whitespace issues in main.c were actually introduced in the branch. Ah, game jams... rest of the fixes are in.
