[Tracking] Twitcasting Channel #6

This issue thread will be used to track/add new VTuber that are using Twitcast.

For maintainer: Use this command below to add new VTuber to the database

@iha-bot vtadd CHANNELID -p twitcasting -g GROUP -n "English or Romanized Name"

For users: Please commment if you know a VTuber that use Twitcasting and haven't been added to the database (check via API here: https://api.ihateani.me/v2/graphql)

Channel already exist on database

Maintainer note: It was added but the bot froze
