Nice to there is a wristband with esp32. I also have made something, just tests with esp32. Couple years ago we made some testing, which platform we might use in new welding machines. I tested arduino, esp32 and raspberry. I personally like esp32 very much. I liked the native FreeRtos programming interface, but it is plain C.

Yeah it's a fun platform!

Even with just a few peripherals there's a lot you can do with it! Unfortunately for this application it's quite power hungry, particularly if the Bluetooth is running. The battery on the watch rarely lasted more than an hour.
