What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Cook Timer
2. Input 90 minutes in minutes box
3. Timer starts at 1 hours and drops 30 minutes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a) Count-down starts at 90 minutes and proceeds normally (best) or
b) Count-down starts at 1 hour 30 minutes and proceeds normally or 
c) (worse case) give me an error saying "illegal start time."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.2 on WinXP_SP3
