Wii U support #63

Support for Wii U discs and CDN contents would be good. There is an implementation here: https://github.com/Maschell/fuse-wiiu

I've been thinking about it sometimes so maybe. I don't know the format of Wii U discs though and I am concerned about reading GPL code as a reference when this project is MIT licensed. I could do CDN contents though since I already made some scripts for this: https://github.com/ihaveamac/wiiu-things
