why it requires win8? #88

that thing is already not even a real program... as its written in python... why it requires win8????

Because Windows 7 isn't supported anymore by Microsoft or by Python 3.9 and later, and other programs might stop supporting it some day too (like WinFsp). So this (very real) program and I provide no guarantees about how well it will continue to run on Windows 7, even if it might still function.
