'Replace loaded images' is always enabled. #233

This feature is always on despite the option being unchecked in the options menu, and if one tries to load images that have been deleted, the thumbnails are replaced with an empty placeholder and are gone. Is there a way to keep the original thumbnails if the original image has been deleted when 'Replace loaded images' is enabled?

Use the stable version, not the master branch.
