Speaking of hyperlinks I wondered if the wedgie icon in the top left 
corner should link to the wedgie home page. In practice for us that is 
the patient's page.

I also thought that having links just under the patient details box 
might be helpful. The links could be to the Encounters, Results, Letters 
and Discharge Summaries.
