Ajax mouseover errors. #7

Interface error
Firefox 3.0 / Windows XP 

Mouse over works on left column options but mouse off will occasionally
leave a popup window still active. 

Not consistently reproducible. I will submit a screenshot when next I see it.

http://ozdoc.mine.nu/wedgie/images/wt_mouse_off.png shows a persistent tool tip 
with
the mouse moved out of the firefox frame. Occasionally there will 2 or 3 
remnant tool
tips. Clicking on an internal link gets rid of them with a screen refresh (? 
partial).

Tooltips are a pain.
We probably need to upgrade to Prototip 2, which has a small fee for 
non-commercial use.
