希望出一个安卓版 #25

没有找到安卓版的Release，不知道安卓系统要怎样用这个东西

不会写移动端，所以目前暴露的接口是二次包装流量而不是自己做代理协议。 可以在国内部署一个客户端，之后用手机走原协议连。

I just tested and can comfirm it works fine on my Redmi K50 running Android 12. Thanks!! Edit: I have only tested clash.meta-android-arm64-v1.14.1.gz I did not test ClashMetaForAndroid
