Hugo is hard. Using this PR to track progress on website creation. Going to hope to get this setup with CI and all that so we can make it easier for people to contribute and get a website for this going.

Using Hugo to build this out, we'll see how it holds up.

@recursivefunk I probably need a means of converting all of these users from the README into the website itself, tbh.
