Upgrade v2 packages to v3 inside MHD code in xdstools3 #130

Some of Olivier's code still uses v2 code (from session_v2 and actorfactory_v2). This needs to be replaced with v3 packages when they become available.

Then, the v2 references need to be deleted from the xdstools3 package and toolkit2-build can be deleted from the toolkit3 pom.

These packages have not been ported to v3 yet so I am putting the issue on hold.

Done, as a result v2 was removed from the build.

Ongoing. It seems that Bill did part of the work. Synchronize with him to catch up and continue from what he did.

See his comment in one of the commits: Hacked session_v2/…/Session.java so it will operate in V3 environment enough to support MHD validator. Moved session setup code from MHDServicesImpl.java to Session.java. Changes were made to UploadServlet.java to accommodate these changes. File upload now works in the integrated environment.
