Cumulative changes to support Garmin Swim 2's FIT files. #55

This PR supersedes https://github.com/ihewitt/poolviewer/pull/54

It includes some layout changes, warnings and changes to parse FIT files from a Garmin Swim 2.

If you prefer separate PRs, let me know. And if you have a FIT file to test, I can do it.
