Fix windows build #9

Windows build needs cleanup given changes to zadig driver and addition of pod-a support in code. Possibly remove original non-"type A pod" support from windows build.

Done for 0.5. Live and PodA support working. Non typeA pods, will work with zadig driver out of the box, will add support for swimovate TI driver.
