we use python3.8 for now not python 3.9

This is the function that has been modified under the latest hypyp that has been installed in hpc3

These are the return values

Returns: cleaned_epochs_AR: list of Epochs after local Autoreject. dic_AR: dictionnary with the percentage of epochs rejection for each subject and for the intersection of the them. bad: list of indices of bad epochs
