Visual hint for Wizard castle with ocean access #1337

When a wizard castle has access to the ocean, it does not have a graphic indicating that it is possible to build a shipyard there like other castles. This bug is also present in the original version. There is no graphic present in the original version to be able to indicate the access to the ocean for the wizard castle.

Game resources simple don't exist for such case. We have to draw ourselves.
