It would be nice on android if I could use a usb mouse, and scroll the map like in windows/linux to look around.

There is nothing stopping you from scrolling with the mouse on Android. Just open the Settings screen from the Adventure Map screen, then go to the Interface Settings and select the Scroll Speed you want (it's Off by default on Android).

Might I also suggest you try out the fheroes2 feature that allows you to left-click and drag the view around? IMO it's much more convenient and precise. Took some adjustment after being used to the traditional Homm way of scrolling the map.
