make_mmcif.py does not handle some of the IHMCIF tables #143

When a user-uploaded mmCIF file contains data in the following tables, make-mmcif.py ignores it, because of which data does not get processed further and is lost in the pipeline.

ihm_data_transformation
ihm_geometric_object_transformation
ihm_hdx_restraint
