Verify Atom/Sphere against Representation type #24

We currently don't check to make sure that any Atom or Sphere objects output are consistent with the type of the Representation (only that they match the seq_id ranges). For instance, Atom objects should only be valid when matched against an ihm.representation.AtomicSegment.
