Needs a change proposal (if required) in S-98 depending on discussions in portrayal subWG (and external liaison).

original issue has been closed and replaced with https://github.com/S-101-Portrayal-subWG/Working-Documents/issues/155 Symbols are being removed from PC so needs checking in S-98.

In addition to marking these tables informative, please add a foot note: Application developers are responsible for implementing support for mariners / manufacturers features Using viewing groups as specified in C-9.5.5 Using viewing group layers as specified in C-9.5.6

In other words, it's up to OEM's to implement the viewing groups which aren't included in the PC.
