Should we wait for consensus on optimumDisplayScale before concluding this one? If optimumDisplayScale doesn't get adopted then we will still have the ambiguity of whether "maximum means maximum" or whether the X2 rules from S-57 is also to be applied to S-101...

The meanings of the attributes are clearly defined in S-100. This issue is solely the result of trying to treat S-101 as if it was S-57. My opinion is in the proposal...

sounds good. We'll take it at the meeting - I think aligning S-98 with what's currently in the PS is logical, even if there is a mismatch in the current S-57/CSCL regime. The question here is whether to maintain the current mismatch in definitions within S-100/S-101...
